What photoshop other then CS2, can use actions?

I use to have Photoshop CS2,but my trial ran out. And people who have used it before, you know how they use the things called, ''Actions'' that create your picture? Well,Im trying to find a photoshop I can download,that will also use Actions.

Does anyone know a photoshop that does?

I do believe they start at version 4. But I suggest you get something a bit higher, like 6 or 7.
