Plz tell me in detail. Atleast I need to know that WHICH TOOL OF PHOTOSHOP HELPS TO DO ABOVE THINGS (Such as- Brushes, patterns, gradients)?

I wanna download the necessary tool.

To add a glow, it's called the Lens Flare

Filter %26gt; Render %26gt; Lens Flare.

To do the narrow lines,

Have your image open.

Make a new layer, Layer %26gt; New %26gt; Layer

Hit Ctrl or Command + U, until you get the line tool. Uncheck Anti-alias. Change the Weight to 1px . Choose white or black for your color and draw one thin vertical line.

Next, hold down the Alt or Option key and the cursor will turn into the duplicating arrow. Drag a duplicate next to that line with a 1 px gap. Once it's lined up, hit Ctrl or Command + E to merge the two layers with the lines. Repeat the process of duplicating until you have filled the screen.

In the layers panel open (Window %26gt; Layers) with the layer with the lines on it selected you want to change Normal to Soft Light.

I'm not sure which glow you are talking about.

The lens flare has already been mentioned.
