On my photoshop, it doesn't allow me remove anything as far as head shots, faces, eyes, etc. what can I do to fix this problem? I was told to just click erase but there is not an erase button, can anyone help? Edit allows me to do everything except remove a face!!!

You could try to use the Cut tool (scissors) or the Marquee tool to select/wrap around the face and then delete it.
