I downloaded the gimp software to be able to photoshop. I heard that it's really good, and often times layout sites use it for their default pictures. I see layout site default pics, and they are REALLY pretty, and look REALLY professional. There are all sorts of backgrounds, fonts, and other things on it. But i want to know how to do it. how do you put the background behind your image?
And if you made a logo, then how do you drag it wherever you want? I tried it, but it wont let me drag it. Instead, it just makes me paint all over the face instead of moving it.
Are their any instructions?

Go online, and look up photoshop tutorials. GIMP works similar to Photoshop, enough to allow you to follow the basics, at least.
