How do I change the eye colour in a photo from say, brown to blue using Adobe Photoshop?

Go to special effects, then down to accent elements, then click color eye. It shows you the rest from there.
Its farily easy, its going to be 3 sets of shades



1. if the eye color is going to be taken from another person use the eyedrop tool to steel the color (PS will make the closest match in its library)



2. grab the first section of color in the eye and fill it in via the brush/ blur tool to fit the eye to obvisouly make it look as natural as possible..

Make a selection of the eyes. Then on the layer palette, click on adjustment layer icon on bottom of the palette and choose selective color. Play with the number to get to the color you like. Or choose hue from the adjustment layer icon and play with the setting there.
