Magic wand is your friend. :D Open the picture in photoshop and then click on the magic wand tool. Then click on the letter you want to keep. Then right click and choose "inverse Selection". With it still selected by the magic wand, click on edit, then click on Copy. Now click File%26gt;New and paste the inverted picture in there. repeat it until you get it the way you want it.

Magic Wand it with Photoshop. Click the actual image and add/subtract to the selection until you have the area you want. It seems to be a clean background so it shouldn't be real hard. :)
I can, but I would use Corel Draw to do it. It would take like 10 minutes.
