That does not make any sense... you want the image to be on top of the text? Do you mean you want the image to be in the shape of the text (called a mask), or what?

If you put the image 'on top' of the text you'll not be able to see the text, unless you reduce the opacity of the image.

Alternativle, you could put the text 'on top' of the image and reduce the texts opacity.

To reduce to opacity of the text go to the layers panel (if you cannot see the layers panel go to 'window' (Top of screen) and click on the 'layers' option). When you see the layers panel look at the top of it and you'll see 'Opacity' MAKE SURE THE TEXT LAYER IS SELECTED BY CLICKING ON IT.

When you hit the little arrow (%26gt;) to the right of the 'Layers' option, a little slider will open up.

Slide left to reduce opacity and right to increase. When you've done this you'll be able to see through the text and also see the image 'beneath' it. Hope that helps you :)
I have the same program. If you want the text to be on top of your picture simply insert text over it.

If you want it in the back ground do the same but change the opacity of the top layer (picture) so that the text shows through.

I don't know if this will be any help.
